Webellian Chooses Uzbekistan: French-Polish IT Company Establishes Presence in Tashkent

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director, held negotiations with Webellian — an innovative French-Polish company specializing in digital transformation, cloud technologies, and data analytics.

Valid Barsali, President of La French Tech Warsaw and Managing Director of Webellian Uzbekistan, announced that the company has officially registered a legal entity in Uzbekistan and plans to create new employment opportunities for local IT professionals.

    Key Agreements

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation, including the development of cutting-edge digital solutions, capacity-building for local talent, and the seamless integration of Webellian into the IT Park ecosystem.

According to Mr. Barsali, Uzbekistan was chosen for its fast-growing pool of qualified IT professionals, making it an attractive destination for international companies. Favorable conditions — such as tax incentives and support in talent acquisition — further facilitate market entry for foreign startups.

Webellian considers Uzbekistan as a regional hub for serving clients across Europe and Central Asia.

    Prospects for Uzbekistan’s IT Market

The entry of Webellian reinforces Uzbekistan’s positioning as an outsourcing center for European tech companies. It also unlocks new opportunities for local developers to engage in globally relevant projects in international projects across software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to actively attract international companies, fostering an enabling environment for the growth of the national IT sector. The arrival of Webellian marks another milestone in this journey and is expected to encourage more European firms to view Uzbekistan as a reliable platform for business expansion.
