Organized by the Yuksalish Movement in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Germany), the program was launched in Tashkent on October 27, 2026. It brings together more than 20 young political leaders, parliamentarians, government officials, and civil society representatives from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
The visit to IT Park Uzbekistan formed part of a broader initiative designed to introduce participants to Uzbekistan’s development experience across various sectors. During the visit, the delegation explored the country’s progress in developing its digital economy and building a national IT ecosystem.
Taking place in Tashkent and Bukhara from October 27 to 29, the program aims to strengthen regional dialogue, facilitate knowledge exchange, and foster professional connections among the next generation of leaders from Central Asia and Azerbaijan.
The organizers envision the initiative as a long-term platform for regional cooperation. Future plans include establishing an alumni network and expanding the program to other countries across the region.
