The AI Leaders program on AI strategy development for executives is launching.

From April 6 to May 31, the online program AI Leaders will take place, designed for executives and decision-makers. Participants will develop a practical AI strategy for their organization and, upon completion, receive an official certificate from Stanford Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (Stanford HAI). The program is delivered in collaboration with Stanford HAI, OpenAI Academy, and Silkroad Innovation Hub.

AI Leaders focuses on leadership and management in the era of artificial intelligence. According to the data presented, 87% of executives already use AI more frequently than their employees. At the same time, the annual economic impact of AI adoption is estimated at $4.4 trillion; however, only 7% of companies have successfully scaled AI projects beyond pilot initiatives. This demonstrates that effective AI implementation requires not isolated experiments, but a strategic managerial approach.

The academic foundation of the program is Stanford University Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (Stanford HAI), one of the world’s leading research centers in AI. The center brings together more than 300 researchers and sets standards for the responsible and safe use of AI technologies. According to the AI Index 2025, private AI investments in the United States exceed $100 billion. Participants receive a Stanford HAI certificate confirming completion of the program.

The practical component is delivered in collaboration with OpenAI Academy, an educational initiative by OpenAI aimed at advancing AI literacy and the responsible application of generative AI within organizations. The program includes the AI Readiness course, which covers AI capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements, as well as the GPT Proficiency course focused on applying GPT tools to managerial and operational tasks. The training is built around real-world AI use cases in business and governance.

The program’s partner is Silkroad Innovation Hub, an international innovation hub in Silicon Valley established in 2023 to support startups, corporations, and leaders from Central Eurasia. The hub’s ecosystem includes more than 1,500 participants, has hosted over 350 events, facilitated more than $100 million in investments, and its portfolio startups have a combined valuation of $3 billion. The hub provides international expert and business engagement opportunities for participants.

The program consists of 8 online sessions featuring case study discussions and 4 practical modules. The expected workload is 2–3 hours per week. The focus areas include leadership, organizational transformation, risk management, and the integration of AI into business processes, products, and overall strategy. The final deliverable is the development of an AI strategy tailored to the participant’s own organization.

Upon completion, participants gain access to the AI Leaders alumni community. The community offers a closed professional network, joint case discussions, navigation of current AI trends and regulatory developments, as well as opportunities for partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

The program is intended for senior and mid-level executives, functional leaders, public sector representatives, as well as founders and top managers of technology companies for whom AI represents a strategic driver of growth and competitive advantage.

The participation fee is $3,000 per participant. The fee includes the training program, development of an individual AI strategy, the official Stanford HAI certificate, and access to the alumni community.

Living and working in Uzbekistan as a foreign founder: What to expect

When I first landed in Uzbekistan back in 2018, I didn’t expect to stay this long. Yet here I am, eight years later, still convinced it’s one of the few places where the math of life makes sense. You get strong value for money, a real sense of community, and a lifestyle that allows you to focus on building. It’s not perfect — but if you want lower burn without shrinking your life, Uzbekistan deserves your attention.
