kpi.com and xpence.com signed an agreement to advance fintech and ERP ecosystems in the Gulf region and Uzbekistan

Within the framework of ICT Week Uzbekistan 2025, IT Park Uzbekistan members — the international SaaS and AI platform provider kpi.com and the leading fintech company in the Gulf region xpence.com — signed a strategic partnership agreement.

The cooperation aims to facilitate the integration of xpence.com’s fintech solutions into kpi.com’s ERP ecosystem, as well as the joint development of tools for managing corporate expenditures and financial flows. These solutions will be implemented into the business processes of enterprises in Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries across the region.

In accordance with the agreement, both parties also plan to collaborate on compliance and regulatory alignment, including taxation matters and fintech product standards in the Gulf region. Particular attention will be devoted to the development of joint go-to-market strategies, knowledge exchange in the areas of innovation, customer behavior analytics, and financial technology.

A separate focus of the partnership will be the support of women entrepreneurs, particularly in the textile industry. The companies intend to launch specialized initiatives — including the issuance of corporate cards for women leaders, the provision of grant opportunities, and the introduction of digital tools aimed at fostering the growth and sustainability of women-led businesses.

The agreement was signed at xpence.com’s office in Uzbekistan, symbolizing the commencement of a joint effort to expand access to advanced financial technologies for small and medium-sized enterprises in key emerging markets. Upon completion of the necessary legal and regulatory procedures, a final agreement will be concluded.

Muzaffar Karabaev, CEO of kpi.com, emphasized that the partnership opens new prospects for the digital transformation of businesses:

“This marks an initial step toward a long-term and large-scale partnership. By combining xpence.com’s financial innovations with our capabilities in ERP and artificial intelligence, we aim to provide businesses across the GCC and MENA regions with access to fully integrated digital solutions. We are particularly pleased that this collaboration will also contribute to empowering women entrepreneurs, for whom access to financing can serve as a catalyst for growth.”

In turn, Zain Ansari, Chief Commercial Officer of xpence.com, highlighted the importance of the partnership for the fintech ecosystem of the region:

“We are delighted to launch our cooperation with kpi.com. Together, we can accelerate the deployment of fintech solutions across the region, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while creating tangible value for our clients. Supporting women leaders, particularly in the textile sector, will form an integral part of our joint contribution to the sustainable development of entrepreneurship.”

The signing of the agreement between kpi.com and xpence.com represents an important milestone in establishing an integrated ecosystem that combines ERP and fintech solutions. The partnership is aimed at expanding regional markets, advancing innovation, and supporting women’s entrepreneurship — further strengthening Uzbekistan’s role as a leading technological and business hub in the region.
