Canadian NTG Clarity Networks explores establishment of an office in Uzbekistan

At IT Park Uzbekistan, a meeting was convened between Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Ashraf Adel Zaghloul, Vice President of NTG Clarity Networks Inc. The discussions centered on the potential establishment of an NTG office in Uzbekistan and exploring long-term cooperation in the areas of digital infrastructure and outsourcing solutions.

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. is a leading Canadian enterprise, founded in 1992, specializing in the development of telecommunications IT solutions, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, as well as the provision of managed services and outsourcing. The company employs more than 400 highly qualified professionals and generates annual revenues exceeding $45 million. Its headquarters are located in Markham, Ontario, with representative offices successfully operating in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

During the meeting, particular attention was devoted to the prospective membership of NTG within IT Park Uzbekistan and to exploring formats for integrating forthcoming projects under the national Digital Uzbekistan 2030 program. A key subject of discussion was the establishment of a local NTG office, which would not only facilitate the implementation of domestic projects but also enable Uzbekistan to serve as an IT hub for accessing markets in Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

NTG Clarity Networks emphasized Uzbekistan’s favorable investment climate, competitive cost of services, and the strong professional competencies of its IT specialists.

The parties also examined opportunities for expanding outsourcing and BPO services, underscoring the advantage of Uzbekistan’s multilingual talent pool in serving international markets.

This prospective collaboration would open new horizons for both NTG and Uzbekistan, contributing to the creation of new employment opportunities, the attraction of foreign investment, and the reinforcement of Uzbekistan’s standing as a reliable technological partner.
