    267 export-oriented companies became members of IT Park Uzbekistan in autumn 2025

    The autumn period of 2025 marked one of the most eventful seasons in terms of new entrants to the national IT ecosystem. From 1 September to 30 November, 470 companies obtained member status at IT Park Uzbekistan, including 258 registered in Tashkent and 212 in the regions. This trend reflects the sustained interest of both domestic and international businesses in developing technological projects in Uzbekistan.


    A significant proportion of the newcomers are export-oriented companies — 267 in total, of which 158 are foreign. These companies plan to deliver more than $70 million in export services by the end of 2026. Foreign members also intend to create over 6500 new jobs, contributing meaningfully to the expansion of the market for highly skilled employment.


    In autumn, IT Park welcomed 158 companies with foreign capital originating from the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Jordan, Singapore and other countries. The geographical reach continues to expand: Jordan, Indonesia, Mexico, Liechtenstein, New Zealand and Norway joined the list of countries represented in the founder pool.


    On average, each of the autumn months saw more than 90 export-oriented companies and around 50 foreign-capital companies entering the IT Park ecosystem. This dynamic demonstrates a clear shift of the market toward international services and global competitiveness.


    The surge of interest from several countries is particularly notable:

    • an increase of 120% in members from Malaysia;
    • 43% from Türkiye;
    • 37% from Japan;
    • 32% from the United States since early September.

    Simultaneously, BPO and service companies are expanding the scope of their activities, introducing new directions such as educational consulting, business analytics, preparation of technical documentation and compilation of statistical materials. This evidences a transition from standard service offerings to more complex, multi-layered solutions within the ecosystem.


    IT Park Uzbekistan continues to attract menbers by offering favorable conditions for the development of technological entrepreneurship, support for export activities and opportunities for scaling into international markets.


    The results of the autumn period reinforce Uzbekistan’s position as an emerging global IT hub of the digital economy. The growing influx of export-oriented and foreign companies underscores the increasing confidence of the international market in the country’s infrastructure and institutional support for the IT sector.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries. Among the attendees were representatives of multinational corporations, startups, government agencies, and venture capital funds.
