    Announcement of an Open Tender for the Selection of Investors for the Implementation of the Next Phase of the IT-Park Complex

    IT-Park announces an open tender for the selection of local and foreign investors for the implementation of investment projects within the framework of the next phase of the IT-Park complex development.


    The tender is conducted in accordance with Resolution No. 965 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 3, 2019, as well as the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


    The main objective of the tender is to establish modern, innovative, and highly efficient infrastructure facilities within the IT-Park territory, promote the development of the information technology sector, create new jobs, and attract investments.


    Tender Participants


    Local and foreign legal entities interested in implementing projects in the fields of real estate development, engineering, information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure development, and investment project implementation may participate in the tender.


    Requirements for Tender Participants


    A tender participant must:

    • be a legal entity operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
    • have the legal right to enter into and perform an investment agreement;
    • possess sufficient financial, technical, and organizational resources to implement the project;
    • not be subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings;
    • have no overdue liabilities to the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan or state target funds;
    • not be subject to restrictions related to corruption and conflicts of interest.

    Contents of the Tender Proposal


    Tender participants shall submit the following documents:


    1. A list of documents prepared in accordance with the requirements of these Tender Documents;
    2. An application for participation in the tender prepared in accordance with the requirements of these Tender Documents;
    3. A Tender Participant Questionnaire;
    4. A Tender Proposal;
    5. Documents confirming the participant’s compliance with the requirements of these Tender Documents;
    6. A copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the bid security (advance payment);
    7. A certificate (or guarantee letter) confirming that no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the participant and that the participant is not undergoing liquidation or reorganization;
    8. A certificate confirming the absence of overdue tax liabilities and other mandatory payments to the state budget.

    All of the above documents must be submitted by the tender participant as part of the Application.


    Procedure for Submission of Documents


    Tender proposals shall be submitted in one hard copy in a sealed envelope.


    The following information must be indicated on the envelope:


    • Name of the Participant;
    • Name of the Project;
    • Contact Information;
    • The inscription: “For the Investor Selection Tender”.

    Important Notice


    The IT-Park Directorate reserves the right, based on the evaluation of the submitted proposals, to conduct additional negotiations, request additional information and documents from participants, and submit the matter of approving the tender results to the Administrative Council for consideration.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries. Among the attendees were representatives of multinational corporations, startups, government agencies, and venture capital funds.
