Uzbek GameDev Companies Showcase Their Projects at Pitch Session with WePlay Ventures Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan

 

IT Park Uzbekistan and Turkish venture fund WePlay Ventures organized a pitch session focused on game development. This event gave local developers a chance to showcase their projects and get valuable feedback from experienced investors.

 

Several GameDev companies from Uzbekistan presented their projects at the event, including PixelGameGodStudio, Game Tunes, and Evegoplayon.

 

 

PixelGameGodStudio introduced their horror project called Jerico. This immersive horror game for mobile devices, created on Unreal Engine. The developers emphasised on innovative gameplay elements and utilizes modern technologies to create atmospheric horror.

 

Game Tunes presented Binky Academy, an educational game designed for children aged 2 to 8. The game features a variety of educational programs aimed at developing cognitive skills and learning through play. Game Tunes representatives highlighted the importance of early education and provided statistics on the success of their programs across various regions.

 

 

Evegoplayon demonstrated their project Witchʼs House, where players will have to create various potions using an extensive range of ingredients. The game is set to be released soon on multiple platforms at once.

 

Additionally, a representative from WePlay Ventures conducted a webinar titled “How to Effectively Present Your Project and Attract Investments”. During the webinar, the speaker shared insights on preparing a high-quality project presentation, including clear articulation of ideas, visual design, and information structuring. Strategies for attracting investors and building long-term relationships were also discussed. Special attention was paid to mistakes to avoid when communicating with potential investors.

 

 

The pitch session served as a platform for experience exchange and networking between Uzbek developers and international investors. Participants received valuable advice and recommendations to enhance their projects and improve their chances of successfully securing investments, including on a global scale. Foreign investors personally witnessed the significant potential of Uzbekistanʼs gaming industry.
