According to the Resolution, as a legal experiment, the formalization of export contractual documentation for the provision of digitization services on international platforms is permitted.
Effective from April 1, 2024, within the framework of the legal experiment, contracts executed electronically for up to $100,000 (or its equivalent) on international platforms for the exportation of digitalization services (in accordance with the list of activities they are allowed to perform) by residents of IT Park shall be recognized as electronic documents and their paper copy shall not be required.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade have approved a list of international platforms allowed for the conclusion of contracts for the export of services in the field of digitalization. Among them:
- DocuSign (www.docusign.com);
- OneSpan (www.onespan.com);
- PandaDoc (www.pandadoc.com);
- Adobe (www.adobe.com);
- DropBox (www.dropbox.com);
- SignNow (www.signnow.com);
- Signable (www.signable.co.uk);
- SignEasy (www.signeasy.com).
