On May 19–20, 2026, Tashkent will host the sixth International PLUS-Forum Digital Uzbekistan, one of the largest events in Central Asia dedicated to the digital transformation of public services, the financial sector, and fintech ecosystems.
The forum will bring together representatives of government institutions, banks, fintech companies, IT businesses, investors, as well as players from the e-commerce and retail sectors. Its main goal is to support the development of the digital economy and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan 2030” strategy.
The event will take place at the Azimut Grand Hotel with the support of the National Agency for Perspective Projects and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
Among the headline speakers are investor Viktor Orlovskiy, First Deputy Director of the NAPP Vyacheslav Pak, CEO of Afghanistan’s payment system Saed Abbas Rafik, and futurist Tariq Qureishy.
More than 2,600 delegates are expected to attend, including over 500 top executives, as well as more than 150 speakers and 100 exhibiting companies.
The forum agenda will cover key industry development areas, including the digitalization of public services, the development of the national payment system, the implementation of artificial intelligence in business and finance, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency market regulation, and the transformation of the banking sector.
In addition, the forum will feature the Start-up Elevator’s Pitch, a special format in which three startups will have the opportunity to present their projects to industry experts and potential investors.
The forum will be held in a conference and exhibition format with the participation of international experts and technology companies.
