IT Park Uzbekistan and Japan’s Orion Computer join forces to train specialists for the Japanese market

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Jahongir Kagirov, Head of Services Export Development, held a business meeting with representatives of the Japanese company Orion Computer Co., Ltd., led by CEO Naoko Ishikawa. The parties explored opportunities for collaboration in the areas of language education, workforce development, and employment of specialists in Japan, as well as the potential establishment of an HR agency and a Japanese language school in Uzbekistan.

Founded in 1998, Orion Computer Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company specializing in IT services, professional training, and international recruitment. With a workforce ranging from 10 to 43 employees and a registered capital of 20 million yen, the company operates in the fields of computer and software training, web and IT solution development, and the preparation of foreign specialists. Its annual revenue is estimated between 100 to 300 million yen, indicating a stable and diversified presence in the regional market.

During the meeting, representatives of Orion Computer expressed their interest in launching a Japanese language school, an HR agency, and an educational platform in Uzbekistan aimed at preparing qualified personnel for subsequent employment in Japan. Particular attention was given to the development of a comprehensive candidate support system that would meet the standards and requirements of the Japanese labor market, both prior to and following employment.

In response, IT Park proposed the introduction of a training program focused on equipping specialists with Japanese language proficiency, enabling them to work remotely for Japanese companies while residing in Uzbekistan. This approach presents new opportunities for the export of services and domestic job creation.

IT Park Uzbekistan remains committed to fostering favorable conditions for international projects in the fields of education and remote employment, thereby facilitating the export of IT services and the integration of Uzbek specialists into the global digital economy. The prospective partnership with Orion Computer Co., Ltd. represents a significant contribution to the advancement of intellectual outsourcing and the strengthening of international cooperation. IT Park stands ready to provide comprehensive support for such initiatives, ensuring their sustainable growth and integration into global markets.
