The parties discussed iSON Xperiences' plans to launch its first project in Uzbekistan, as well as the prospects for a long-term partnership in outsourcing and the development of Global Business Services (GBS).
Founded in 2011, iSON Xperiences is one of the world's largest companies in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Today, the company has over 18,000 employees in 19 countries, manages more than 40 operational sites, and handles over 50 million customer interactions monthly, serving international brands worldwide.
A key topic of the negotiations was iSON Xperiences' plan to launch its first project in Uzbekistan. The company views the country as a new offshore location for serving international clients and developing export-oriented BPO services.
The parties discussed the launch of the initial project, which entails creating a customer support center with 100 positions for multilingual specialists. The company plans to later expand its teams to serve customers in English, German, Turkish, and other languages, gradually scaling its operations in Uzbekistan.
In turn, IT Park Uzbekistan presented the support measures available to international BPO companies, including tax incentives, assistance with recruiting and training specialists, and project support throughout all stages of implementation. The parties also discussed the next steps for launching the project and the prospects for developing long-term cooperation.
The implementation of the iSON Xperiences project is another example of the growing interest of international BPO companies in Uzbekistan. For IT Park Uzbekistan, this means attracting new investment, creating skilled jobs, and further developing the country's export potential.
