Instructions issued to ensure quality construction and expedite the development of the IT Park Fergana complex

Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov visited the construction site of the IT Park Fergana complex, currently under development in the city of Fergana, Fergana Region.

 

During the visit, the Minister inspected the progress of construction and renovation works underway at building No. 225 of the telecommunications hub owned by Uzbektelecom JSC, which is being transformed into the IT Park Fergana complex.

 

 

The total area of the site is 1.2 hectares, with a usable space of 5,072 square meters. The building will consist of four floors.

 

The complex is set to host modern office spaces for IT Park members, startup studios, coworking zones, and training centers focused on programming, robotics, 3D graphics, graphic design, SMM, modern professions, and foreign languages.

 

 

During the inspection, Minister Sherzod Shermatov issued instructions to ensure the systematic organization of the branch’s activities, to increase the region’s IT export capacity, to create decent employment opportunities for youth, and to promote the development of IT outsourcing businesses.

 

In addition, specific tasks were outlined to accelerate construction works and ensure high quality throughout the development of the facility.
