On July 24–25, IT Park Uzbekistan will host the Global Business Services Forum (GBSF) 2026 in Tashkent — an international forum dedicated to the development of global business services, digital outsourcing, and export-oriented IT services.
The forum will bring together representatives of BPO, KPO, and IT companies, operational leaders, and international businesses exploring Central Asia as a new growth destination. Participants will discuss how the global services market is evolving under the influence of AI, why companies are increasingly relocating operational processes to emerging technology hubs, and what role Uzbekistan plays in this transformation today.
In recent years, Uzbekistan has strengthened its position in the field of digital services and outsourcing: international companies are opening service offices in the country, expanding local teams, and using Uzbekistan as a base for operations across regional markets. One of the key drivers of this growth is the country’s young, multilingual talent ecosystem, along with government support measures created for digital businesses.
Unlike traditional conferences, GBSF 2026 is focused specifically on the Global Business Services industry — from operational management and customer service to digital and back-office solutions. The forum’s program combines strategic discussions with practical sessions, including workshops on launching operations, insights into legal and infrastructure matters, meetings with government and business representatives, and visits to local technology companies.
The event will take place at IT Park Uzbekistan. All forum sessions will be conducted in English.
