Expansion of IT Exports: Insights from IT Park Uzbekistan Members

The development of IT exports was a key focus of discussions held between the management of IT Park Uzbekistan and representatives of leading IT companies operating in global markets. The meeting was attended by EPAM Systems, EAST GAMES, ITRANSITION, TECH-HIVE, DATADEP, and FORWARD GATEWAY. Among the primary topics were enhancing professional competencies, strengthening the global competitiveness of local IT teams, and aligning educational programs with the requirements of the international market.

Workforce Development for the Global Market

The growing demand for IT services is creating new opportunities for industry professionals. To meet the expectations of international partners, participants discussed measures aimed at enhancing educational initiatives, including advanced training programs, intensive foreign language courses, and practice-oriented training modules.   

Furthermore, IT-exporting companies expressed their readiness to support emerging professionals and startups. During the meeting, a proposal was put forward to establish a mentorship program designed to assist IT teams in adapting to the requirements of the global market and confidently entering the international arena.

Another critical subject of discussion was the development of artificial intelligence (AI). This segment is increasingly becoming a priority for IT companies and is also garnering significant interest from government entities.
