Makhliyo Muksinova, Deputy CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, has been awarded the state medal “Kelajak Bunyodkori” in accordance with a decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
The “Kelajak Bunyodkori” medal is a state award of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded for significant contributions to the development of the country, professional achievements, active civic engagement, and strengthening the international reputation of the state.
Makhliyo Muksinova has been working at IT Park Uzbekistan since 2019. She began her career in the Department of Resident Registration and Monitoring as a manager, where she supported resident companies in matters related to software development and production.
In 2022, she was appointed Deputy CEO for the Development of Digital Education. Under her leadership, a number of initiatives aimed at developing IT education were implemented, specialized competitions were organized, and joint projects with international companies and educational partners were launched.
Currently, Makhliyo Muksinova leads large-scale transformation initiatives aimed at enabling AI development and adoption, preparing the ecosystem for the next phase of growth by aligning strategy, regulation, infrastructure, and talent around AI.
As part of her activities, she facilitating the relocation of business operations and service functions of international companies to Uzbekistan, contributing to the growth of IT service exports and strengthening the country’s position in the global digital services market.
Makhliyo Muksinova speaks four languages. In 2017, she graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent with a degree in Commercial Law. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Data Analytics from the same university.
The awarding of the “Kelajak Bunyodkori” medal recognizes her professional contribution to the development of the export potential of the IT sector and the promotion of Uzbekistan on the international stage.
