IT Park Uzbekistan encourages training centers and educational institutions to steer their graduates into the IT sector — with financial compensation for every graduate successfully placed in a job.
For each graduate:

How the program works
Four key conditions — for the institution and the graduate.
3-month window
The graduate must be employed in the IT field within 3 months of completing the course.
Stable employment
A contract of at least 12 months and at least 4 months of continuous employment are required.
PINFL verification
All data is confirmed against IT Park Uzbekistan databases and by the Verification Agent.
Eligibility requirements
Make sure you meet the following before applying.
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
- A legal entity registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Holds a valid license for educational activities
- Has worked in education for at least 1 year
- Runs offline courses in IT
- Teaches under its own curriculum
GRADUATE
- Has successfully completed an IT or IT-related course
- Works at a company operating in Uzbekistan
- Aged 18–30
- Employed within 3 months of completing the course
- Hired under a contract of at least 12 months
