Track 01 · Represent · Uzbekistan Connect
Uzbekistan Connect brings together Uzbek IT professionals worldwide to help build the country into an international technology hub. At its centre are Tech Ambassadors — Uzbek entrepreneurs, investors and IT executives who have built their careers abroad and are ready to connect international markets with Uzbekistan, together with international experts committed to the country's technology future.
The global network
The Uzbekistan Connect program is powered by an elite, global network of IT executives, investors, and entrepreneurs. With a limit of 2–3 representatives per country, our active Tech Ambassadors are currently driving cross-border partnerships in 10 key markets.
Track 02 · Attract · Bonus System
IT Park works with consultants who help international firms open offices in Uzbekistan or move part of their operations here. You make the introduction and stay with the company until it starts work; you are paid on the result.

Track 03 · Sell · Digital Champions
Digital Champions are Uzbek professionals living abroad who use their market knowledge and personal connections to bring IT solutions built in Uzbekistan to new clients. You find the right client, the vendor provides the right product, and you earn a success fee when the deal closes.
Digital Champions is operated on the Digital Pool platform. Fee terms are agreed individually with each vendor and are subject to the applicable agreement. Amounts are stated before tax.
Track 04 · Invest · VC Scouting
We are building a scouting programme for professionals working with venture capital abroad — to connect Uzbek startups with international funds and angel investors. Terms are being finalised. Register your interest and we will contact you when the programme opens.

Uzbekistan Connect and Digital Champions are open to professionals of Uzbek origin living and working abroad. The Bonus System is open to consultants and companies regardless of nationality. Terms for VC Scouting are to be confirmed.
Yes. You can participate in more than one track, provided you meet the eligibility requirements for each track.
Attribution is confirmed at the point the lead is registered, before the company or client is approached by IT Park or a vendor. The exact procedure is set out in the agreement. Details to be confirmed.

Under Digital Champions, the vendor is responsible for demonstrations, negotiations and delivery. Under the Bonus System, IT Park handles residency, incentives and onboarding of the company. Your role is the introduction and the relationship.
You may apply again once the relevant condition is met — for example, once you have the required experience, or once a place opens in your country.
Payment arrangements differ by track and are set out in the agreement signed with you. Details to be confirmed.
