    IT Park Uzbekistan Continues the Series of Meetings in Singapore

     

    During a series of high-level meetings and participation in the Singapore Fintech Festival, IT Park Uzbekistan reinforced its commitment to fostering international partnerships and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. The delegation, led by senior representatives, engaged with prominent leaders and organizations to discuss potential alliances and programs that could enhance Uzbekistan’s growing tech ecosystem.

     

    Meeting with Rachel Chng, Head of Accelerator at Tribe

    IT Park's delegation met with Rachel Chng, Head of Accelerator at Tribe, one of Singapore's premier tech ecosystem builders. Tribe focuses on accelerating startups in blockchain and AI-driven sectors. The meeting provided a platform for discussing Uzbekistan’s developing startup landscape, while Rachel introduced Tribe's innovative programs and opportunities tailored for startups. This dialogue laid the foundation for potential collaborations that could integrate Uzbekistan's startups into global tech networks.

     

     

    Tribe is a tech ecosystem builder that supports startups through programs focused on blockchain, AI, and innovation-driven sectors.

     

    Insightful Exchange with Sunil Rajan, Director at Antler, and Rufus Sorsa, Associate Partner at Antler

    The IT Park delegation also met with Sunil Rajan and Rufus Sorsa of Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm and startup accelerator that supports startups through programs, events, and direct investments. The conversation centered around sharing Uzbekistan's vision for its expanding startup ecosystem and learning about Antler's extensive support for startups worldwide. Antler's 10-week residency program, which includes practical training, hackathons, and bootcamps, was highlighted as a potential model for supporting Uzbek entrepreneurs. Antler expressed keen interest in discussing further opportunities for collaboration aimed at nurturing and expanding the reach of Uzbek startups.

     

     

    Antler is a global early-stage venture capital firm and startup accelerator that offers hands-on programs and investments to support innovative entrepreneurs.

     

    Dialogue with Henry Maillet, CEO of Multipeak.sg

    In a meeting with Henry Maillet, CEO of Multipeak.sg, an innovation lab offering acceleration programs and university partnerships for technological advancements, IT Park representatives discussed the burgeoning tech environment in Uzbekistan. Henry shared insights on fostering innovation, particularly through acceleration programs targeted at hardware-focused startups. Multipeak.sg's university collaboration program was also noted as an area of potential synergy. Henry indicated interest in partnering with Uzbek startups with strong hardware innovations, suggesting a pathway to monetizing these projects through Multipeak.sg’s extensive network and resources.

    Interest from Garranto Academy, Programmers Force Pte. Ltd., and Snowdrop Solutions Ltd.

    The Singapore Fintech Festival also attracted the attention of leading tech firms. Garranto Academy, which specializes in tech training and skill development programs, and Programmers Force Pte. Ltd., a technology solutions provider with expertise in software development and AI, expressed interest in launching operations in Uzbekistan, reflecting the country’s growing appeal as a regional tech hub. Meanwhile, Snowdrop Solutions Ltd., known for offering location-based services and fintech solutions for enterprise clients, indicated its intention to collaborate with local fintech companies, signaling strong potential for partnerships that could bring innovative solutions to Uzbekistan’s financial technology sector.

     

     

    Garranto Academy provides specialized training and skill development programs in technology. Programmers Force Pte. Ltd. delivers software development and AI solutions to various industries. Snowdrop Solutions Ltd. offers enterprise-level location-based and fintech solutions to enhance business operations.

     

    Meeting with Mr. Padmaraja Dipankar, CEO of ADNOC Group

    A notable meeting was held with Mr. Padmaraja Dipankar, CEO of ADNOC Group, a leading energy and technology corporation with a focus on business development and digital transformation. With extensive experience at Accenture and Cognizant, Mr. Dipankar emphasized technology-driven strategies and expressed strong interest in establishing a business presence in Uzbekistan. The discussion focused on potential investments in fintech, data analytics, and digital transformation, with a mutual commitment to leverage technology for greater efficiency in emerging markets. Plans were made to invite Mr. Dipankar to Uzbekistan within two months to further explore business opportunities.

     

     

    ADNOC Group is a diversified energy and petrochemicals group wholly owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It operates across the hydrocarbon value chain, from exploration and production to refining and trading, and aims to be the most carbon-efficient oil and gas producer by 2030.

     

    Engagement with Mr. Bhavesh Lala, CEO of SAMBE Consulting

    The IT Park delegation also met with Mr. Bhavesh Lala, CEO of SAMBE Consulting, a company providing consulting services, technology solutions, and operational enhancements for IT firms. The conversation highlighted opportunities for collaboration, particularly the concept of establishing a back office under IT Park. Mr. Lala elaborated on SAMBE Consulting’s expertise in consulting services and technology solutions, underscoring the advantages of a back office initiative in terms of cost efficiency, skilled talent access, and operational improvements. He was invited to visit Uzbekistan as a guest speaker or consultant, opening the door to valuable knowledge-sharing with local IT officials.

     

     

    SAMBE Consulting offers strategic consulting and technology solutions to help optimize operations and drive growth for IT companies.

     

    The series of meetings and interactions in Singapore underscored IT Park Uzbekistan’s proactive approach to fostering international partnerships and integrating global expertise into its local ecosystem. By connecting with influential leaders and organizations, IT Park is taking significant steps to strengthen the infrastructure, opportunities, and reach of Uzbekistan’s tech sector. These engagements are poised to pave the way for further collaborations, solidifying Uzbekistan’s position as a dynamic and attractive player in the global technology landscape.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries.
