The "Zero Risk" program by IT Park Uzbekistan is designed to encourage and support IT and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) enterprises to minimize financial risks of setting up new office by providing comprehensive compensation plan for enterprises:
Comprehensive Compensation Benefits:
Free use of necessary technical equipment and inventory for up to 12 months, with an option to purchase afterward
Reimbursement of up to $500 for personnel recruitment expenses
Compensation of up to $5000 for introductory training sessions for employees
Compensation of up to 15% of the payroll costs for Uzbekistan citizens employed by the enterprise.
This program aims to minimize investment risks and foster the growth of export-oriented IT and BPO service companies in Uzbekistan.
Participants must meet following criteria to get enrolled to “Zero Risk Program”:
The company's operations should be focused on exporting services
Company must be committed to employ at least 50 employees for the first year of operations in Uzbekistan
Company must have an export contract for minimum $500 000 or $50MLN parent Company`s annual turnover.
