IT Park Uzbekistan Expands International Partnerships Following Kazan Digital Week 2026

From October 29 to 31, IT Park Uzbekistan participated in Digital Kazan Weekend and Kazan Digital Week 2026, strengthening business ties with Tatarstan and identifying new areas of cooperation with international technology companies.

Agreement with the High Technology Technopark “IT Park” of the Republic of Tatarstan

On October 29, IT Park Uzbekistan and the High Technology Technopark “IT Park” of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a bilateral cooperation agreement aimed at expanding opportunities for their members to establish and grow their presence in the markets of Uzbekistan and Tatarstan.

One of the key areas of cooperation will be a joint Softlanding program designed to assist companies with business registration, establishing local operations, and developing business connections.

The parties also exchanged experience in working with members and identified priority areas for cooperation in 2027.

The presentation covered the investment climate, the export potential of the IT sector, and opportunities to expand cooperation between the technology ecosystems of Uzbekistan and Tatarstan.

    Meetings with Technology Companies

During the exhibition, IT Park Uzbekistan representatives held meetings with companies operating in artificial intelligence, software development, video analytics, IT recruitment, and digital services. Discussions focused on entering the Uzbek market, establishing local offices, and leveraging Uzbekistan as a base for serving international clients.

    Potential partners included:

Teyca — a developer of solutions for automating customer engagement and loyalty programs. The parties explored opportunities for launching operations in Uzbekistan and agreed to continue discussions online.

Visider — a company specializing in artificial intelligence and video analytics. Discussions focused on the possibility of registering a legal entity in Uzbekistan to serve international clients, including those in CIS countries.

Hanttek — a recruitment company specializing in IT talent acquisition. Company representatives expressed interest in opening an office in Uzbekistan to expand their geographic reach and serve clients across additional markets.

Particular attention was also given to developing partnership channels for attracting foreign IT companies. Discussions with Invest Hub explored a potential cooperation agreement and the launch of a referral program targeting prospective investors and technology businesses.

Additional meetings were held with USEMYCONTENT, FLOWTUNEAI, NOLIX MARKETING, DATA INTEGRATION SOFTWARE, iSpring, MAPSALIX, Invian, Gate, Step Logic, Appliner, Asoft, Dracon Draw, ICL Group, Tevian, and 1C Company.

The discussions explored opportunities to introduce the companies' solutions in Uzbekistan, organize B2B meetings with local software developers, implement joint projects, and attract technology businesses to the country's regions.

Participation in the MENA TECH International Panel Discussion

Lazizbek Khudayev, Director for Resident Relations at IT Park Uzbekistan, participated as a speaker in the MENA TECH: Global Market Challenges panel discussion, which brought together representatives of technology businesses from the Middle East, North Africa, and the Russian Federation.

He presented Uzbekistan's IT export potential, the advantages of operating a technology business in the country, and existing government incentives.
