IT Park Uzbekistan and Science Technology Park Belgrade Advance Cooperation in Innovation and Startups

The parties discussed further cooperation between the innovation ecosystems of Uzbekistan and Serbia, support for technology companies and startups, as well as stronger ties between participants of the two ecosystems.

The meeting continued the dialogue launched during the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation’s visit to Science Technology Park Belgrade on September 2. Following the visit, the parties continued discussions on promising areas of cooperation and worked on joint initiatives, bringing the agreements reached to the signing stage during ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026.

During the meeting, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan and Science Technology Park Belgrade also presented their organizations’ activities, startup ecosystem opportunities, and potential areas for further cooperation. Two startups visiting Uzbekistan as part of the Serbian delegation are participating in ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026 events.

Particular attention was paid to the upcoming Science Technology Park Belgrade business mission to Uzbekistan, scheduled for late October 2026. The parties discussed organizational matters and possible formats of support from IT Park Uzbekistan for the business program.

During the September visit, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation learned about the technology park’s activities, infrastructure, and approaches to supporting technology companies and startups. With the support of the Serbian side, a roundtable was also held with the participation of Beyond42, Forceman Technologies, and Includify, which presented their solutions, business models, and further development plans.

The continuation of the dialogue and the participation of Science Technology Park Belgrade representatives in ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026 create additional opportunities to strengthen direct ties between technology companies and startups from Uzbekistan and Serbia.

Founded in 2015, Science Technology Park Belgrade is one of the key pillars of Serbia’s innovation ecosystem. Since its establishment, the technology park has supported more than 240 technology companies. Companies operating within its ecosystem employ over 2,800 professionals and export their products and services to more than 60 countries worldwide.
