GGA Solutions сonsiders Uzbekistan’s regions for its next delivery hub

Founded in 2017, the company provides customer support, call center, technology, and back-office solutions. GGA Solutions already operates internationally, including in Mexico and Honduras, and is now considering Uzbekistan as an additional delivery hub for its global operations. 

The company is particularly interested in establishing operations outside Tashkent and is currently considering Navoi, Samarkand, and Fergana as potential locations.

According to GGA Solutions, the main value of Uzbekistan as a potential BPO destination lies in its regions. The company sees opportunities to access English-speaking talent, build teams for U.S.-based operations, and scale customer support, insurance claims, and back-office services from regional locations.

As part of its assessment, GGA Solutions is evaluating the potential team size, talent requirements, operating model, and timeline for establishing operations in Uzbekistan. The company is also exploring the support mechanisms and incentives available through IT Park Uzbekistan.

GGA Solutions’ interest in Navoi, Samarkand, and Fergana highlights the growing potential of Uzbekistan’s regions as delivery locations for international BPO companies and as a source of talent for export-oriented services.
