Romanian IT Company Accesa to Establish an Office in Tashkent

At the headquarters of IT Park Uzbekistan, Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director, held a meeting with a delegation from the Romanian IT company Accesa, led by CFO Rares Breaz.

During the visit, representatives of Accesa confirmed the successful registration of their entity in Uzbekistan and officially announced their plans to establish an office in Tashkent.  

Accesa is a prominent European provider of IT solutions with over 20 years of experience in digital business transformation. Founded in 2004 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, the company operates across European markets, particularly in DACH, UK and Nordics, with main focus on retail, manufacturing and finance.

Uzbekistan was selected as a strategic expansion destination due to its rapidly advancing digital infrastructure, favorable business environment, and comprehensive institutional support provided by IT Park Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, both parties reviewed the outcomes of the preparatory phase. Accesa successfully completed the registration process via the One-Stop Shop (OSS) platform, supported by the IT Park team. The company received legal and accounting consultations, as well as assistance in securing office space. Additionally, the company held meetings with legal and financial institutions to ensure operational readiness.  

Additionally, the Local to Global team facilitated a series of productive meetings between Accesa and four IT Park member companies — Uzinfocom, UIC Group, Tune Consulting, and Proximaops. The discussions focused on establishing partnerships with local IT firms for service outsourcing and joint project development. This engagement not only supports Accesa’s market entry but also creates new opportunities for Uzbek companies to access international clients and integrate into European markets.  

The establishment of Accesa’s office in Tashkent reflects the outcome of a structured dialogue initiated in June 2024 and underlines the growing interest of European IT businesses in Uzbekistan. IT Park remains committed to providing support for international companies entering the Uzbek market and reinforcing Uzbekistan’s position as a key digital services hub in the region.
