IT Park Uzbekistan Expands Partnership with Polish Companies in Outsourcing and IT Services Export

A delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan conducted a business visit to Poland, during which it organized the Uzbekistan Global Scale & Outsourcing Conference in Warsaw and participated in the Uzbekistan–Poland Partnership Forum in Gdańsk. The events brought together business representatives, investors, industry organizations, and international companies interested in developing outsourcing, digital services, and technological cooperation.

On June 12, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation took part in the Uzbekistan–Poland Partnership Forum in Gdańsk, which gathered representatives of government institutions, business associations, investors, educational organizations, and diplomatic missions from both countries.

The forum was opened by H.E. Amirsaid Agzamkhodjaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Poland, who spoke about the economic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, the country’s growing investment opportunities, and the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Poland. Representatives of regional authorities, business associations, and chambers of commerce also participated in the discussions.

During the event, IT Park Uzbekistan presented Uzbekistan’s potential as one of the most promising destinations for IT business development and outsourcing in Central Asia. Participants were introduced to the country’s rapidly growing ICT sector, business environment, investor support measures, and opportunities available for international companies.

The forum served as a platform for establishing new business connections and discussing future cooperation prospects between representatives of Uzbekistan and Poland.

Particular attention was given to negotiations with international companies Grid Dynamics and Unified Analytics AS regarding outsourcing opportunities and the possible expansion of their operations through the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem.

The key event of the visit was the Uzbekistan Global Scale & Outsourcing Conference, organized by IT Park Uzbekistan on June 16. The conference aimed to introduce Polish companies to Uzbekistan’s rapidly growing information technology and business services ecosystem, while showcasing the country’s potential as a strategic destination for outsourcing and business process relocation projects.

The conference brought together more than 80 participants from over 70 companies, including Groupe Berto, Raya CX, MicroStrategy, Nutanix, Grafton Recruitment, and other international organizations exploring opportunities for business expansion and entry into new markets.

Continuing the dialogue initiated during the Uzbekistan–Poland Partnership Forum in Gdańsk, H.E. Amirsaid Agzamkhodjaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Poland, delivered a welcoming speech at the conference. He once again emphasized the importance of further strengthening economic ties between the two countries and highlighted the growing potential for cooperation in the digital sector as one of the most promising areas of bilateral partnership.

A welcome address was also delivered by Dominik Dobek, Program Director of the Digital Poland Association, who spoke about the prospects for developing digital cooperation between Uzbekistan and Poland.

Sarvar Vokhidov, Head of IT Outsourcing Development at IT Park Uzbekistan, presented Uzbekistan’s opportunities as an international hub for export-oriented services and outsourcing operations. Compared to previous events, special attention was given to updated data on the country’s workforce, demographic and economic potential, as well as the expanded capabilities of the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem.

Participants were shown that IT Park residency is available not only to IT companies but also to organizations operating in BPO, HR services, customer support, financial services, and business outsourcing. Key advantages of the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem were also highlighted, including tax incentives for IT companies until 2040, access to qualified talent, and the Zero Risk program.

Representatives of international companies shared their practical experience of operating in Uzbekistan. Anastasiia Chernikova, HR Managing Partner at Sigma Software Group, spoke about building and scaling teams in Uzbekistan. Karolina Korzeniewska, Key Account Advisor at Antal Poland, presented approaches to efficient team expansion without increasing costs, while Matvey Matveev, Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Innowise Group, shared insights on leveraging the advantages of the Uzbek market to support international business growth.

In addition, IT Park Uzbekistan held a series of B2B meetings with representatives of Groupe Berto, Raya CX, Simple SA, Smart People, and Efematic. In particular, Raya CX, which had previously expressed interest in Uzbekistan as a location for developing service operations, confirmed its plans to attend the Global Business Services Forum to further explore the country’s ecosystem and opportunities for expanding its regional presence.

During the meetings, the parties discussed potential cooperation with IT Park Uzbekistan, including the launch of new projects, the development of service centers, and the use of the ecosystem’s advantages to access international markets.

Participation in the events in Poland enabled IT Park Uzbekistan to present Uzbekistan’s advantages directly to potential investors and employers, expand the network of international companies interested in entering the Uzbek market, and strengthen the country’s position as one of the most attractive destinations for digital services exports and IT outsourcing development in the region.
