    IT Park Uzbekistan and several New-York based companies engaged into discussions on potential collaboration

    During the recent visit to New York, a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Executive Director Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, met with influential technology companies from New York, discussing potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance Uzbekistan’s IT and outsourcing sectors. These meetings are part of IT Park’s ongoing effort to establish strategic relationships with North American firms to facilitate the growth of Uzbekistan’s tech ecosystem.

     

    The series of meetings took place with the representatives of Sybrid, RFA, DataArt, Kore AI and V-Group.

     

    Sybrid

     

    During a meeting with Sybrid’s senior leadership team, discussions centered around potential collaborations focused on talent acquisition, new market opportunities, and the benefits of Central Asia’s ITes-sector.

     

     

    Representatives of the company expressed keen interest in exploring Central Asia’s talent pool and understanding market dynamics. They specifically showed interest in recruiting talents for outsourcing services to their ongoing projects with government bodies, requiring multilingual capabilities. Additionally, Sybrid shared that Uzbekistan’s healthtech sector, with its emerging potential, aligns well with their expertise in healthcare billing. 

     

    The team also highlighted a desire for skilled professionals in animation, social media marketing, and business development management within the IT sector. Sybrid inquired extensively about regional infrastructure, internet connectivity, payment systems, and skill sets among the younger workforce, underscoring their intent to understand the ecosystem comprehensively.

    RFA, a global IT and financial services leader, is expanding its presence in Uzbekistan with initiatives focused on job creation, education, and compliance support. Recently the company became a member of IT Park, creating local jobs to support the region’s export potential.

     

     

    As part of its growth plan, RFA will introduce internship and trainee programs for recent graduates, specializing in fintech solutions. Additionally, RFA will collaborate with IT Park University to develop courses aligned with fintech applications. 

     

    The company will also assist the International Center of Digital Technologies Enterprise Uzbekistan with GDPR compliance.

     

    RFA specializes in providing a full range of technological solutions to over 800 hedge funds, private equity firms, asset management companies, and investment managers. Their services include cloud solutions, IT service management, cybersecurity, data services, application services, and managed detection and response. The company is headquartered in New York and London, and operates in 15 locations worldwide, which now include Uzbekistan.

     

    DataArt

     

    At DataArt headquarters, the IT Park team met with CEO Eugene Goland and Managing Director Alexei Miller to explore collaboration in software development and IT consulting. Company representatives expressed interest in positioning Uzbekistan as a new outsourcing destination for its clients. 

     

     

    DataArt expressed interest in exploring IT opportunities  in Uzbekistan in order to set up operations, following the success of their Kazakhstan office with over 250 employees. The discussion also covered support programs such as Zero-Risk, One-Stop-Shop, and Soft-Landing, which provide tailored support for foreign companies. They have committed to presenting Uzbekistan’s advantages to their customer base, potentially bringing new projects to the region. 

     

    This engagement marks a strong foundation of trust between IT Park Uzbekistan and DataArt, setting the stage for impactful collaboration in the near future.

     

    DataArt is a global technology consulting firm specializing in custom software development, digital transformation, and IT strategy across various industries. Their focus spans emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and quality assurance, with extensive experience in IT outsourcing hubs in Central Asia.

     

    Kore AI

     

    Kore.ai, a leader in AI and automation solutions, is exploring Uzbekistan as a potential location for expanding its AI development and language service capabilities, recognizing the region’s promising talent pool and supportive incentives.

     

     

    In recent discussions, Kore.ai reviewed Uzbekistan’s strengths in AI and language services, focusing on the capabilities of the local workforce. George, a key representative from Kore.ai, expressed strong interest in learning more about the labor market and government incentives. He has accepted an invitation to visit Uzbekistan in December to advance these discussions. The potential for developing a specialized AI training program was also highlighted, aimed at fostering local expertise in AI and automation.

    This engagement marks a step toward enhancing Uzbekistan’s role in AI development, as Kore.ai explores new opportunities in emerging tech regions.

    In a recent meeting between IT Park Uzbekistan and V-Group Inc., led by CEO Vijay Kumar Palandurkar, discussions focused on expanding IT outsourcing capabilities and developing joint talent programs. V-Group, a leader in IT consulting and managed services for both public and private sectors, expressed interest in leveraging Uzbekistan's growing tech sector to enhance its outsourcing operations.

     

    IT Park presented several residency support programs, including Zero-Risk, One-Stop-Shop, and Soft-Landing initiatives, aimed at facilitating V-Group’s entry into the Uzbek market. An invitation was extended to CEO Vijay Kumar Palandurkar to attend an upcoming event in Uzbekistan, where these initiatives will be showcased to build trust and highlight Uzbekistan’s potential as an emerging IT outsourcing hub.

     

    Mr. Kumar expressed strong interest in exploring business prospects, committing to introduce key industry partners to Uzbekistan and inviting them for future visits. Further steps will be discussed during his planned visit to Uzbekistan, where operational details and collaboration opportunities will be finalized.

     

    Founded in 1999, V-Group Inc. is a technology solutions provider based in New Jersey, with a focus on IT services for both public and private sectors. With over 1,100 employees, the company offers IT consulting, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.

     

    Queens NY Entrepreneur Business Meet Up 2.0

     

    Also, Ali Kodirov, representative of IT Park, participated at the Queens NY Entrepreneur Business Meet Up 2.0.

     

    The Entrepreneur Business Meet Up 2.0, held in Queens, brought together a dynamic mix of local entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and emerging business owners to share insights, foster networking, and explore innovative strategies for business growth. This second iteration of the event featured interactive sessions on e-commerce, internet marketing, customer engagement, and brand management, providing attendees with practical tools and fresh perspectives for thriving in today’s competitive market.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services.
