IT Park membership provides companies with access to tax incentives, government support measures, and opportunities to expand into international markets. In return, companies are required to submit mandatory reports on time, comply with applicable regulations, and conduct their activities in accordance with their approved business plans.
Following the second quarter of 2026, the results of the monitoring process led to the revocation of IT Park membership for 70 companies that failed to meet the mandatory reporting requirements.
This compliance review continued throughout July. Based on the results of the July 2026 monitoring, an additional 152 companies had their IT Park membership revoked due to non-compliance with established obligations, including failure to submit mandatory reports within the required deadlines.
These ongoing monitoring activities are aimed at maintaining a transparent and efficient ecosystem, ensuring equal conditions for all participants, and increasing the accountability of companies benefiting from the advantages of IT Park membership.
