On October 14, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed the Decree PD-357, which approved the “Digital Startups Program”, aimed at providing comprehensive support for startup projects within the digital technologies sector.

The IT4Everyone project has been launched in Uzbekistan with the objective of addressing the accessibility of IT education for individuals with hearing impairments. This initiative is being implemented by the IT Academy, in collaboration with the Society of the Deaf of Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz Society of the Blind and Deaf, the Almaty Branch of the Kazakhstan Deaf Society, and with the support of the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project.
