IT Business Development and Export Opportunities Discussed in Khorezm

The event brought together 25 representatives of the IT sector from different regions of the country, including East Games, Ershi Logistics, United Soft, and BITO, as well as companies operating in Khorezm Region, including MoveMe, KharezmiTech, and Creative People. 

The discussions focused on further developing the IT sector in the regions, increasing exports of digital services, helping local companies enter new international markets, scaling businesses, and creating high-paying jobs. 

Today, 113 companies in Khorezm Region hold IT Park member status. They are developing projects across software development, BPO and KPO, business process automation, logistics, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and other areas of the IT sector. 

More than 20 resident companies are engaged in exports, 18 operate in BPO and KPO, and 17 have foreign capital participation. More than 1,200 specialists are employed by IT Park resident companies in the region. 

One example of an export-oriented business is MoveMe. The company provides data processing and management services, supports HR processes, and offers financial and accounting analysis, as well as logistics services. It exports its services to the U.S. market.

Another representative of the region’s technology ecosystem is KharezmiTech, which developed SmartBuilding360. The platform enables automated building management, energy consumption monitoring, and payment management. The project has also participated in the international Plug and Play accelerator program. 

During the meeting, business representatives discussed opportunities to increase export volumes, attract new international clients, and expand their geographical presence. 

Particular attention was given to the development of BPO and KPO, sharing experience in working with international clients with regional companies, and increasing the share of higher value-added services.

The companies also presented their plans to scale their teams, launch new business areas, and expand their operations across the regions.

The development of IT companies outside the capital creates additional employment opportunities for local specialists and helps establish modern jobs directly in the regions.  

In particular, participants discussed the prospects for further developing BPO and KPO in Khorezm, engaging young people with foreign-language skills in international projects, and creating conditions that enable local specialists to work with global clients while remaining in their home region. 

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue supporting export-oriented IT companies, developing regional entrepreneurship, and creating new jobs.

The implementation of these initiatives will strengthen Khorezm Region’s position as one of the promising centers for IT and outsourcing, while further integrating regional companies into the global digital economy.
