Sarvarbek Tairov

Sarvarbek Tairov is an entrepreneur and expert in business process automation with over 16 years of management experience. He is the founder of Leading Business Software, one of the key 1C partners in Uzbekistan. Under his leadership, a team of about 100 specialists has completed over 1,000 projects automating accounting systems for major companies, including Artel Electronics, Akfa Group, Orient Group, Almalyk MMC, UzKorGaz Chemical, Angeles Food, and others.

He develops corporate solutions based on 1C ERP, Payroll and HR Management, accounting tools, MDM, and IFRS modules, and initiates training programs such as IT Academy Leading, aimed at preparing future specialists and forming a talent pool for the IT industry.

Sarvarbek’s professional path includes participation in international initiatives, implementation of modern management accounting methods, and project management based on PMI standards. He is pursuing an Executive MBA at Kozminski University (Poland) and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from TUIT.
