Abdukakhor Tashmukhamedov

Abdukhakhor Tashmukhamedov is the founder and CEO of Green White Solutions, an IT entrepreneur and leader with over 15 years of experience in software development and managing technology teams. He has led the company since 2012, developing it for more than 13 years. In 2025, he was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of the National Interbank Processing Center JSC, participating in strategic initiatives to develop the country’s payment infrastructure.

He began his career in 2008 at Fido-Biznes as a software engineer, then in 2010–2011 worked as an Oracle trainer at the Softline Company group. In 2019, he became CEO of DataLab LLC, leading the company for nearly six years and developing projects in software solutions and information technology.

Abdukhakhor holds a master’s degree in Applied Programming in Economics from MESI (Moscow), completed an MBA at the Higher School of Business and Management in 2022, and in 2024 completed the CELA program. His technical qualifications are certified by Oracle in database development and administration.
