U.S.-based Simetrix Solutions explores establishment of a BPO office in Uzbekistan

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Ahmed Aboulezz, Advisor to the CEO, held a meeting with a delegation from Simetrix Solutions, represented by CEO Gerti Haxhiu and Co-Founder Ermand Rrugeja. The meeting focused on prospects for strategic cooperation, including the potential establishment of a business process outsourcing (BPO) office in Uzbekistan and subsequent acquisition of IT Park member status.

Simetrix Solutions is a multilingual BPO service provider headquartered in New York. Founded in 2010, the company employs over 400 specialists and operates offices across six countries. With annual revenues exceeding USD 25 million, Simetrix specializes in call center operations and customer support services, including inbound and outbound call handling, lead generation, telemarketing, digital transcription, content moderation, technical support, and other related functions.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the key steps required for initiating operations in Uzbekistan. Simetrix Solutions expressed interest in establishing a local legal entity and obtaining member status within IT Park. Particular attention was given to the availability of multilingual talent in the country, the strategic potential of Uzbekistan’s outsourcing market, and the advantages offered under the Zero Risk program. 

Representatives of Simetrix Solutions noted their interest in recruiting software developers and specialists in the field of artificial intelligence.

The potential partnership with Simetrix Solutions represents a significant milestone in the development of Uzbekistan’s BPO industry and is expected to generate new employment opportunities for young professionals.
