A delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan conducted a working visit to the offices of ON TIME SOLUTIONS, Unicall, Next Gen and Garnet Team located in Tashkent region. IT Park Uzbekistan specialists Fotima Timirova and Akmalhon Akbarov took part in the meetings.
The main focus of the visit was on building export potential, localising projects outside the capital and expanding the companies' participation in IT Park's initiative programmes and events.
Export potential development
All companies expressed a high interest in expanding their export activities with a focus on the markets of the USA, Canada and Europe. Support mechanisms under the Local2Global programme were discussed, including: consulting support; participation in export missions; promotion of IT and BPO services on international platforms.
Localisation and development in the regions
The visit to offices located outside the capital city was a confirmation of the growing role of the regions in the development of the country's IT and outsourcing infrastructure. Companies are successfully implementing projects in the Tashkent region, creating new jobs and involving local specialists in export-oriented processes.
Currently, ON TIME SOLUTIONS, Unicall, Next Gen, Garnet Team employ about 400 people.
IT Park considers such dynamics as an important element of sustainable industry growth and will continue to support the development of the IT sector in the regions.
Participation in events and training initiatives
Companies confirmed their readiness to actively participate in events organised by IT Park, including: trainings and master classes; business missions and business forums; participation in international exhibitions with export potential.
IT Park Uzbekistan will continue to promote the export of digital services and the development of member companies both in the capital and in the regions, strengthening Uzbekistan's position in the international IT arena.
