Meeting between IT Park and ADSYS on IT Outsourcing in Uzbekistan

In order to strengthen international cooperation, representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan engaged in discussions with Ferruh Denizaşan, the General Manager of Advanced Systems Dış Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi (ADSYS). The primary agenda of the meeting centered on the dynamic development of IT outsourcing in the region and the opportunities provided by the government for export-oriented IT companies.

ADSYS, a Turkish company founded in 2017, specializes in system integrations and operates as an EPC vendor. The company possesses substantial management experience, particularly in large and mega-scale projects within the country, including smart city solutions, cybersecurity, In Building solutions, telecommunications projects. Over the years, the company has earned a reputation as a reliable partner and an innovative leader in the field of remote management.

During the meeting, Mr. Denizaşan articulated his intentions to expand the companyʼs operations in Central Asia and expressed a keen interest in capitalizing on the advantages offered by IT Park. Special emphasis was placed on the opportunities available for IT companies in Uzbekistan.

In turn, the representatives of IT Park presented the legal conditions, economic incentives, and logistical support available.

ADSYS plans to conduct a thorough exploration of the IT industry in Uzbekistan and is considering the establishment of an office in the country. This partnership is expected to significantly contribute to the development of the regionʼs IT sector and generate new employment opportunities, thereby fostering economic growth and enhancing the technological potential of Uzbekistan.

It is noteworthy that earlier, the Turkish company Mplus visited Uzbekistan to assess the local talent pool and select office spaces before establishing a legal entity in the republic.
