    IT Park Uzbekistan and DAAC System Integrator Have Signed Memorandum of Cooperation

    Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan, and representatives of DAAC System Integrator (Moldova) have formalized a memorandum of cooperation. The agreement outlines a comprehensive partnership, with a particular focus on facilitating IT Park members’ expansion into the markets of Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova.

    In parallel with the signing ceremony, a working meeting was held within the framework of the Local2Global initiative, during which participants discussed concrete steps for integrating Uzbek IT solutions into European projects.

    Key Areas of Cooperation

    The parties agreed on a broad collaboration aimed at strengthening the position of Uzbek IT solutions in Europe. Under the partnership, IT Park and DAAC will jointly promote their respective brands across international markets, fostering an enabling environment for the entrepreneurial development of IT Park members. A particular emphasis was placed on providing expert support to companies seeking to enter Europe through DAAC’s extensive partner network, notably in Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova.

    Operational cooperation will include the establishment of direct contractual relationships between DAAC Digital and Uzbek companies to support the promotion of their products. It will also involve the organization of reciprocal visits and the exchange of best practices in digital transformation.
    To amplify their impact, the parties also plan to jointly organize conferences, forums, and exhibitions in Europe and other strategic regions to showcase innovations from Uzbekistan.

    Another important component of the agreement is the exchange of analytical and statistical insights: both sides will share market intelligence, enabling the development of more effective internationalization strategies based on current market trends.

    With more than 30 years of expertise in business and public sector digital transformation, DAAC System Integrator will serve as a strategic partner for IT Park residents aiming to expand into Eastern European markets. The meeting also outlined specific steps to integrate Uzbek IT products into European digital ecosystems.

    The meeting showcased innovative solutions developed by IT Park members, including:

    • Docum AI — an AI-driven client service automation platform;
    • Kotib AI — a service for speech transcription and synthesis;
    • LexAI — a legal assistant trained on 34,000 laws of Uzbekistan;
    • Tana Health — an AI-based diagnostic and healthcare quality enhancement solution;
    • wynBI — an embedded business analytics platform for corporate sector;
    • MyID Vision/Palm — biometric recognition systems;
    • MyGov.uz — the national e-government services portal;
    • Digital Agroplatform — digital solutions for the agricultural sector;
    • HRM ARGOS — a public sector human resource management system.

    The signing of the memorandum with DAAC System Integrator marks a new chapter in the export of Uzbek IT solutions. This partnership will not only reinforce Uzbekistan’s standing as a leading IT hub in Central Asia but will also enable IT Park members to strengthen their competitiveness in global markets. Furthermore, the collaboration with DAAC is expected to act as a catalyst for innovation across the public sector, agriculture, and healthcare, while also contributing to the growth of foreign direct investment into Uzbekistan’s economy.
