FSI Worldwide Explores Opportunities to Establish an IT-Outstaffing Office in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan – September 19, 2024. Leading global workforce solutions provider, FSI Worldwide, is actively exploring opportunities to expand its presence by establishing an IT-outstaffing office in Uzbekistan. During a meeting with representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, key discussions were held regarding the opening of a local entity and leveraging Uzbekistan’s skilled labor force to support FSI’s operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The FSI Worldwide delegation, led by Senior Vice President and Co-Founder Nick Forster, met with Makhliyo Muksinova, Services Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan. The meeting focused on FSI's interest in recruiting skilled professionals from Uzbekistan, including medical staff, security personnel, and construction workers, to support their operations in the Middle East.

    Plans for Expansion

Since its founding in 2006, FSI Worldwide has grown into a global leader in workforce solutions, with a turnover of $600 million and operations spanning the UAE, United Kingdom, Nepal, India, Kenya, and the Philippines. The company specializes in recruitment, management, and consultancy services across various industries, including private security, domestic workers, and warehouse personnel.

FSI is now exploring the potential of Uzbekistan as a new market for its outstaffing services. Uzbekistan’s growing IT sector, government support programs, and multilingual workforce make it an attractive location for expanding FSI's global footprint. The company is also interested in utilizing government initiatives such as Zero Risk to facilitate the smooth establishment of operations in Uzbekistan.

    A Promising Future for Collaboration

FSI Worldwide's expansion into Uzbekistan is expected to bring significant benefits to both parties. For Uzbekistan, the partnership will create new employment opportunities and enhance local professionals’ skills, while FSI will gain access to a highly capable and motivated workforce to support its regional and international operations. The company’s plans to establish an R&D office will further strengthen its capabilities and innovation in workforce solutions, enabling FSI to continue its global growth.

FSI Worldwide’s interest in Uzbekistan is a testament to the country’s increasing appeal as a destination for international companies seeking skilled talent and reliable business conditions. The collaboration between FSI and IT Park Uzbekistan will be vital in developing a strong outstaffing hub in Central Asia.
