
Prospects for the expansion of Telecontact’s operations, attraction of new projects, and growth of high-income jobs discussed
Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov visited the Fergana branch of Telecontact, a company specializing in the export of IT services.
During the visit, the Minister was thoroughly briefed on the company’s operations, current projects, future plans, and the working conditions provided for employees.
Telecontact operates in a three-storey building located in the center of Fergana city, designed to accommodate 350 workstations and equipped with all the necessary infrastructure.
Currently, the company employs over 65 young professionals in high-income positions. By the end of the year, the workforce is expected to increase to 150 employees.
The Minister presented a number of proposals and recommendations aimed at further developing Telecontact’s operations, attracting new projects, and increasing the number of high-income job opportunities.
