IT Park Uzbekistan participated in the panel discussion entitled “Location-Agnostic GBS and BPO? Views from the Trenches: Lodz, Tashkent, Vilnius and Beyond”, held within the framework of SSOW Europe 2025 — one of the leading professional gatherings in the field of global business services (GBS).

SSOW Europe 2025 serves as a leading annual conference that brings together experts and practitioners from shared services, service delivery centers, and outsourcing sectors across Europe and beyond. The event provides a platform for the exchange of best practices, exploration of industry trends, and the establishment of strategic partnerships with international companies and investors.

During the session, Ahmed Aboulezz, Advisor to the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, joined representatives of Invest in Lodz and Invest Lithuania to present Uzbekistan’s strategic vision as an emerging destination for the establishment of GBS and BPO operations. The discussion was moderated by Elias van Herwaarden, a distinguished expert in global business services location.

Panelists highlighted Uzbekistan’s key advantages, including: full tax exemption for IT companies; skilled, multilingual workforce with competitive labor costs; strategic geographic location at the crossroads of the CIS, Asia, and the Middle East; robust government support and the investor-centric infrastructure of IT Park Uzbekistan.

Participation in SSOW Europe 2025 provided IT Park Uzbekistan with a valuable opportunity to present the country’s recent achievements, while fostering new business relationships with key stakeholders from the international outsourcing industry.

Uzbekistan continues to make confident strides toward establishing itself as a leading regional leader in the GBS and BPO sectors. IT Park Uzbekistan remains committed to promoting the country’s investment potential on the global stage.
