IT Park Uzbekistan and MAAB Prepare the Next Generation of Data Analysts and Engineers

IT Park Uzbekistan, in collaboration with MAAB Innovation and the Kukdala district administration, successfully conducted a qualification testing for 138 young individuals from Kukdala district as part of the “Talent Program”. Following the testing process, 17 students were admitted to the Data Analytics & Data Engineering course on a fully funded basis.

The selection process comprised three stages: logical reasoning, English proficiency, and practical skills. Candidates who successfully passed the logical reasoning tests advanced to an interview to English proficiency interview, where their language skills were evaluated. In the final stage, the candidates’ analytical competencies were tested through a project assignment, where each student was tasked with organizing, analyzing, and presenting on a designated topic.

The training will span 10 months, after which successful students will receive certificates and employment assistance from IT Park Uzbekistan and MAAB Innovation.

Ahead of the course’s commencement, Farkhod Ibragimov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Sherzod Ibragimov, Head of MAAB Innovation, extended their congratulations to students who were successfully enrolled.

Farkhod Ibragimov extended his best wishes for the students’ academic success and highlighted Uzbekistan’s potential as an emerging IT hub. He noted that as the nation’s export capabilities expand and foreign companies show increasing interest in Uzbekistan as an outsourcing destination, numerous high-paying job opportunities are being created for local professionals, enabling them to work remotely for the global market.

Sherzod Ibragimov also congratulated the students and provided an in-depth overview about the course, addressing all inquiries related to the training process. He emphasized the high demand for Data Analysis & Engineering professionals both globally and within Uzbekistan — mastering this profession will open up opportunities for our youth to work on the international stage.

It is noteworthy that the youngest student in the course is in 8th grade, underscoring that there are no age limits in the IT sector.
