Jahongir Kagirov, Head of the Services Export Development Department at IT Park Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Jose De Soto, Founder of the American company Ruby Talent Solutions, to discuss the potential for business expansion in Uzbekistan.
Ruby Talent Solutions is a BPO company specializing in providing tailored staffing solutions for real estate agencies and realtor companies across the United States and Canada. The company focuses on efficiently filling critical positions such as executive assistants, social media managers, operations coordinators, and other key administrative roles.
During the meeting, IT Park Uzbekistan presented the country as a strategic outsourcing destination, highlighting several key advantages: a pool of multilingual, highly qualified specialists; significant tax incentives, including a 0% corporate tax rate, VAT exemption, and no social tax; access to the Zero Risk program, which provides free office space in the regions and comprehensive business support, from company registration to talent acquisition.
IT Park also showcased successful case studies of its members, such as Jetruck and DrivO, which provide world-class logistics outsourcing services.
Following the discussions, both parties agreed to further explore potential market entry scenarios into the Uzbek market, including an on-site visit to companies that serve the U.S. market and participation by Ruby Talent Solutions representatives in the upcoming international conference and workshop scheduled to take place in Samarkand on June 24.
