IT Park Meetings with Members: Strengthening Exports and Facilitating Market Expansion

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to actively engage with its member companies, providing strategic support for their growth and expansion into international markets. As part of ongoing engagements, IT Park representatives held discussions with IGOSHEL, MAAB Innovation, and HumansLab, to address critical issues.

IT Park and MAAB Innovation: Expanding Regional Presence and Creating Opportunities for Specialists

IT Park convened a meeting with representatives of MAAB Innovation to discuss the company’s plans for establishing regional offices, commencing with the Khorezm region.

During the discussion, MAAB Innovation presented a dashboard designed to conduct analyses of in-demand professions in international markets and provide real-time data on job vacancies, salary benchmarks, and qualification requirements.

Furthermore, MAAB outlined its plans to launch scholarship programs for winners of mathematics and physics Olympiads, with a focus on artificial intelligence education.

In response, IT Park announced its initiative to collaborate with international recruitment agencies to explore global labor market trends and demands. This initiative will facilitate the introduction of cutting-edge workforce training methodologies for the international market and to optimize recruitment processes in Uzbekistan.

MAAB Innovation is a company specializing in data processing utilizing Microsoft SQL, the development of analytical reports in Power BI, and the provision of IT education services. The company is focused on exports to the USA and Germany.

HumansLab: Tax Incentives and Development of the HUMANS YAXSHI Marketplace

IT Park held a meeting with representatives of HumansLab to deliberate on the launch of the HUMANS YAXSHI marketplace. This platform is designed to facilitate entrepreneurs in showcasing their products and services, managing sales through a user-friendly dashboard, storing data, and leveraging integrated payment systems.

Furthermore, discussions encompassed the implementation of tax incentives related to royalty payments to international clients.

"Being part of the IT Park member community has provided us with exceptional networking opportunities, allowing us to engage with highly qualified professionals across key sectors of the IT industry. This engagement has fostered and continues to facilitate a dynamic and mutually beneficial exchange of ideas, concepts, and practical solutions.

Moreover, it is essential to emphasize that IT Park membership played a pivotal role in the early stages of our company’s development by enabling us to attract top-tier specialists, including international talent, benefiting from the reduced personal income tax rate," stated Maksim Sajin, Director of Humans Lab.

HUMANS LAB is a company founded in 2020 in Uzbekistan, specializing in software development, implementation, maintenance, and modification, as well as IT system analysis, consulting, and auditing — ensuring improved information security and system efficiency. The company exports its services to Singapore. In 2024, the company’s export revenue increased fourfold compared to 2023, reaching $7.2 million. Its workforce also expanded from 187 to 269 employees.

IT Park remains committed to supporting its member companies by creating favorable conditions for their development and expansion into global markets. The recent meetings with IGOSHEL, MAAB Innovation, and HumansLab mark a significant milestone in the continued advancement of Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem, further strengthening its position on the international stage.
