Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Head of the Office of Prospective Projects Azamat Rakhmon-zoda, held a meeting with the delegation of Corpshore Solutions, chaired by the company’s CEO, Frank B. Prempeh II. Following the discussions, the parties agreed to finalize the process of obtaining IT Park member status and to establish a company office in Uzbekistan.
Corpshore Solutions is an international company specializing in BPO, IT outsourcing, and digital transformation, with its headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The company employs over 5,000 staff and maintains offices in eight countries worldwide. Corpshore Solutions collaborates with Fortune 500 corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and startups, supporting them in achieving operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
In recent months, IT Park Uzbekistan and Corpshore Solutions have engaged in active negotiations regarding potential cooperation. The company’s management expressed interest in the country’s talent pool and applied to the “One-Stop-Shop” program to secure IT Park membership. During the meeting, it was confirmed that Corpshore Solutions intends to bring its clients to Uzbekistan in November to initiate a pilot project.
Frank B. Prempeh II noted that, at the initial stage, the company plans to recruit English-speaking specialists for 500–1,000 positions. The parties also discussed the provision of comprehensive infrastructure and organizational support, including access to office facilities and assistance with recruitment.
The collaboration with Corpshore Solutions enable IT Park Uzbekistan to attract new investments in the outsourcing sector, generate hundreds of jobs for local specialists, and reinforce Uzbekistan’s position as a promising regional hub for digital and BPO services.
