From March 18th to 20th, an international ITES event “Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024”, organized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and IT Park Uzbekistan is taking place in Tashkent and Samarkand.
The primary objective of the tour is to showcase Uzbekistan’s potential in the field of information technology and outsourcing to international companies, as well as to present the opportunities and measures created by the government to attract investment to the country.
As part of the tour, a visit was conducted to E&O Global, a resident entity of IT Park specializing in business process outsourcing. During the presentation, it was noted that E&O Global actively engages with the talented youth of Uzbekistan, endeavoring to elevate their qualifications to meet international standards.
One of the key inquiries posed by participants of the Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024 pertained to the geographical distribution of E&O Global’s offices. Mr. Otabek Suvonov, representative of the company, underscored that despite its headquarters being situated in the USA, the operational offices of the company are strategically dispersed across various countries worldwide, including Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.
This strategic office placement enables E&O Global to maximize resource utilization effectively, thereby enhancing the flexibility of its business processes and ensuring superior client service. Additionally, the company representative elaborated that global presence also fosters closer ties with local communities and facilitates the development of international partnerships, contributing to the further growth and development of the company.
Following the meeting, both parties engaged in discussions regarding potential collaboration avenues. Mutual interest was expressed in forming partnerships within the outsourcing domain and exchanging experiences. Furthermore, deliberations centered on potential projects and contracts in the field of business process outsourcing.
