IT Park Uzbekistan Expands Employment Opportunities for Young People

The expansion of local and international companies in Uzbekistan, including IT Park Uzbekistan members, is creating new jobs not only in the capital but also across the country’s regions. New opportunities are emerging for both experienced professionals and students and graduates who are just beginning their careers.

To facilitate systematic interaction between employers and job seekers, IT Park Uzbekistan is developing a unified candidate database that takes into account professional experience, specialization, language skills, and preferred employment format.

Resumes of candidates registered in the database may be shared with major international and local companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan members, when relevant vacancies are available and there is a corresponding demand for specialists. This allows employers to consider suitable candidates for open positions while giving job seekers an additional opportunity to present their professional profiles to potential employers.

The initiative covers all regions of Uzbekistan and is designed for both experienced professionals and students and recent graduates taking their first steps in their careers.

Demand from companies extends beyond traditional IT professions. In addition to developers, QA engineers, data specialists, and designers, companies are looking for professionals in marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and administrative management. Demand is also growing for specialists in BPO and call center operations.

Professionals with foreign language skills are also in demand. For companies working with international markets and overseas clients, candidates proficient in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean are particularly relevant.

Depending on the requirements of a specific employer, candidates may have access to on-site, hybrid, and remote work formats. This creates additional opportunities for professionals in the regions and expands the geography of talent search beyond Tashkent.

One of the tools used to build the candidate database is the Talent Park project. Through a dedicated bot, job seekers can submit their resumes and provide key information about their experience, skills, and professional background. When relevant vacancies become available, their profiles may be shared for consideration with major local and international companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan members.

Up-to-date information on career opportunities and open vacancies is also published through the project’s Telegram channel.

Registration in the database does not imply automatic employment and does not guarantee a job offer. At the same time, it provides professionals with an additional opportunity to present their profiles to companies within the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem and to be considered in future recruitment processes.

In this way, the project helps broaden access to opportunities created by Uzbekistan’s growing IT, BPO, and service sectors while enabling companies to find the specialists they need more efficiently.

The development of such tools also makes it possible to build a more comprehensive understanding of the talent potential across the regions and the areas in which professionals are interested in employment.
