In July, 152 companies lost their IT Park Uzbekistan membership status

The basis for the revocation was the failure to submit the annual audit report and audit opinion for 2025 by the established deadline.

Membership at IT Park provides companies with access to tax incentives, government support measures, and opportunities to enter international markets. In return, members are obligated to comply with the terms of the agreement, submit reports on time, and conduct their activities in accordance with their approved business plan.

Monitoring is carried out on an ongoing basis and includes verifying the timeliness of reporting, the fulfillment of mandatory payments, the consistency of actual activities with the declared business plan, and compliance with other membership program requirements.

Since the beginning of 2026, a total of 768 companies have lost their IT Park Uzbekistan membership. In addition to the 152 companies removed in July, the membership of 616 other companies had been previously revoked. The most common reasons included late mandatory payments, a lack of activity under the membership for more than six months, missed quarterly reporting deadlines, discrepancies between actual activities and the approved business plan, and the bankruptcy of one company.

Following the revocation of membership, the companies' information is forwarded to the tax and customs authorities. The companies lose their right to the tax and customs benefits provided by law for IT Park members.

IT Park Uzbekistan reminds its members of the importance of fulfilling their obligations on time, adhering to reporting deadlines, and ensuring their activities comply with the conditions of membership.
