ADEC Innovations Explores Launching Global Business Services in Uzbekistan

ADEC Innovations is an international company that provides services in Global Business Services (GBS), environmental consulting, data analytics, and business process outsourcing. The company operates in over 26 countries with more than 3,500 employees, expanding its network of service centers across different regions of the world.

The collaboration between IT Park Uzbekistan and ADEC Innovations has been underway since May 2026. During this period, the parties have held a series of working meetings to study Uzbekistan's potential as a new hub for developing global service operations and implementing projects in outsourcing and digital services.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of opening an ADEC Innovations service center in Uzbekistan to provide data processing, software development, and Global Business Services. They also considered the prospects of applying the company's international experience to train specialists, create new jobs, and implement impact sourcing projects.

Particular attention was given to implementing educational programs for youth and training specialists for Global Business Services. The parties discussed opportunities for jointly developing initiatives to enhance digital competencies, vocational training, and personnel preparation for international service centers, as well as support measures available to international investors and export-oriented companies.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue exploring potential areas of cooperation and to assess the feasibility of launching ADEC Innovations projects in Uzbekistan.

Developing the partnership with ADEC Innovations opens new opportunities for strengthening Uzbekistan's position in the global GBS market. Attracting an international operator of this caliber will facilitate the creation of highly skilled jobs, the growth of export-oriented services, the attraction of new investment, and the further reinforcement of IT Park Uzbekistan's status as a leading platform for the development of global service centers in the region.
