Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference in Poland: showcasing the business environment to the European market

 

Delegation of IT Park Uzbekistan hosted the Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference in Warsaw, which was a resounding success. Over 60 Polish ITes-companies gathered at the event to explore the business environment and conditions of Uzbekistan.

 

Among the companies present were notable firms such as Intratel, OVH Cloud, 300 Brains, GROWMatica, Moores Advice, Qodeca, Lighthouse, Simple S.A., and Impel S.A.. Cyclad. 

 

 

The conference started with an opening speech which focused on the growing interest among European companies to partner with Uzbek companies in the field of IT services. It is important to mention that over 22% of all IT exports from Uzbekistan are being provided to Europe and the UK.

 

The presentation of Uzbekistan’s conditions created to support ITes-companies supported by success cases of the IT Park members from Europe which already operate in Uzbekistan.

 

 

Representatives of Association of Polish-Uzbek Cooperation shared the message on the importance of building bridges for economic and cultural exchange, emphasizing the growing presence of European companies in Uzbekistan.

 

Alex Chekel, Regional Head of Innowise Group, shared the success story of his company in Uzbekistan, emphasizing the skilled tech talents in the country who are fluent in foreign languages such as English, German, French, and others. He highlighted the emerging potential of the youth, noting their adaptability and eagerness to innovate in a rapidly growing tech ecosystem. Additionally, he pointed out Uzbekistan’s supportive business environment, which encourages investment in technology and provides opportunities for companies to thrive.

 

 

Yan Rozum from Fansoft LTD took the stage to inform participants about the cost-saving model in Uzbekistan, highlighting the advantages of tax preferences, reduced operational costs, and other government incentives available in the country. He emphasized how these benefits make Uzbekistan an attractive location for businesses looking to optimize expenses while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

The attendees showed substantial interest in Uzbekistan’s outsourcing potential, recognizing it as a promising destination for various services. Their engagement underscored the appeal of Uzbekistan’s growing market and its strategic advantages for European businesses seeking to expand their outsourcing operations. The presentation shed light on the country’s competitive edge, driven by both favorable economic policies and a skilled, multilingual workforce ready to support international companies.
