Dmitri Lepikhov, CEO of MightyCall, spoke to Daryo about the company’s decision to invest in Uzbekistan, the country’s potential as a regional IT hub, and his vision for cross-border tech collaboration.
When asked about the factors influencing MightyCall’s decision to establish an engineering hub in Tashkent, Lepikhov highlighted the unique opportunities offered by Uzbekistan’s IT Park.

Lepikhov further emphasized the professionalism of the IT Park management team, whose vision and tangible progress played a decisive role in MightyCall’s expansion.

Lepikhov believes Uzbekistan is poised to become a dominant regional IT hub, citing the country’s rapid technological growth, skilled workforce, and strategic location.
“Uzbekistan combines rapid technological growth with an ambitious, highly skilled workforce. At the center of this progress are its people—students and young professionals driving innovation and change,” he noted.
