Uzbek Outsourcing in Focus: OOC Participants Visit Leading Companies

As part of the Offshore Outsourcing Conference, participants conducted site visits to key enterprises engaged in IT outsourcing in Uzbekistan. These visits provided international delegates with firsthand insight into the capabilities of the local market and the potential of its workforce for global projects.

    Dyninno

The first segment of the program featured a visit to Dyninno, where OOC participants assessed the expertise of the company’s specialists by immersing themselves in its real-world working environment and examining its successful practices.

Founded in 2004 in San Francisco, Dyninno Group specializes in the development of IT solutions for the financial sector, entertainment industry, and travel and tourism. In addition to its offices in the United States and Uzbekistan, the company maintains a presence in Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, India, Vietnam, and other countries. Dyninno Group employs over 4,200 professionals worldwide.

During the visit, Davron Egamov, Regional Manager of Dyninno Group, delivered a presentation on the company’s activities, highlighting that the Tashkent office primarily caters to the travel industry, providing products and services for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Delegates of the Offshore Outsourcing Conference 2025 expressed strong interest in further cooperation with Dyninno International, particularly in outsourcing and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

    TUIT

Subsequently, representatives of international companies toured the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) — Uzbekistan’s premier institution for training IT specialists. Established in 1955 as the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications, the university has since undergone significant development and transformation.

Currently, TUIT enrolls over 10,000 students across disciplines such as computer and software engineering, telecommunications and broadcasting technologies, postal communication technologies, and related fields.

The university actively fosters international collaboration, maintaining partnerships with top universities and research centers in more than 30 countries, including China, South Korea, Malaysia, the United States, and several European nations.

During the visit, delegates toured TUIT’s state-of-the-art laboratories and training centers, assessed the quality of student education, and discussed potential avenues for cooperation in IT outsourcing and knowledge exchange. The university’s leadership reaffirmed their commitment to engage with international companies to implement joint projects and initiatives aimed at developing the digital economy and training highly qualified professionals.

    Uzinfocom

The program concluded with a visit to Uzinfocom, where discussions focused on potential collaboration with foreign partners.

Uzinfocom specialists manage access to over 1,000 government and public sector resources and administer the .UZ domain zone.

During the visit, the company introduced its flagship digital solutions to the conference participants, including: MyID Vision — a biometric facial identification system and MyID Palm — a palm vein identification system.

Furthermore, Uzinfocom presented a range of innovative projects, including: Samaradorlik.uz — a platform for monitoring, ensuring precise planning for the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and assessing the efficiency of management at various levels; Digital Energy — a billing system for electricity metering and payments; Token.uz — a blockchain platform designed for businesses and government entities; my.gov.uz — the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services.

These site visits underscored Uzbekistan’s rapid advancements in IT outsourcing and highlighted the strategic significance of fostering partnerships between local and international industry stakeholders. IT Park Uzbekistan remains committed to actively supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing the country’s export potential, facilitating the integration of Uzbek IT companies into the global market.
