During the visit, meetings were held with ASOCIO, PSIA (Philippines), APTIKNAS (Indonesia), PIKOM (Malaysia), JISA (Japan), and VINASA (Vietnam), as well as major representatives of the local digital ecosystem, including Digital Talent Accelerator (DTA), the Indonesian Artificial Intelligence Association, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, the Indonesian Cybersecurity Association, and the Indonesian Digital Association.
The discussions focused on the following areas:
- Training AI and IT professionals and developing joint education and certification programs;
- Supporting Uzbek startups and IT companies in entering Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other Asian markets;
- Launching international soft landing, market entry, and acceleration programs;
- Strengthening technology cooperation through joint events, business missions, and B2B meetings.
The delegation also discussed prospects for organizing acceleration programs for Uzbek companies in 35 countries across APAC, MENA, and Africa in cooperation with the organizations mentioned above.
Representatives of international organizations also took part in the Digital Uzbekistan event.
Following the meetings, all parties expressed strong interest and readiness to advance cooperation in the areas discussed and agreed to move the discussions to the next stage of practical implementation.
